HELPING GRADUATES XCEL

Our mission with Open Concept is to bridge the gap between Gen X upper management and the Millennials/Gen-Z's entering the workforce. It's about establishing a sense of unity among the working generations that gives the opportunity to optimize results by effectively collaborating and honing in on each other's strengths.

In addition to workshops on topics such as how to succeed post-graduation, coaching vs. mentoring, and promoting the power of networking; Open Concept also focuses on providing graduates with opportunities to collectively network and promote their own success with various schools and business organizations within the community.

The most helpful thing I gained from your presentation was the importance of networking. As a student who isn't in the management department, I never really understood the importance of it, but thanks to your presentation, it helped me put things into perspective, and for that, thank you.

The event was totally empowering. Unlike most events I've been too, it was filled with fun activities that kept us engaged and gave us valuable information.
